Hello and welcome from Kimberly M. Barbetta! I am your County Clerk of Brooke County, West Virginia. Our office is dedicated to providing efficient, accessible, and responsive services to the citizens of Brooke County. We strive to uphold the integrity and transparency of the local government and serve as your connection to all matters related to the county.

Services

As your County Clerk, our office offers a wide array of services, including but not limited to:

  • Document Recording: We manage and archive a broad range of documents, such as deeds, leases, mortgages, wills, military discharges, and other important papers.

  • Election Services: We handle all aspects of the election process, from voter registration to the coordination of countywide elections.

  • Marriage Licenses and Birth & Death Records: We issue marriage licenses and maintain records of births, deaths, and marriages in Brooke County.

  • Probate and Estate Matters: We handle matters of probate and estates, providing information and support to those in need.
